At the time, I found myself in the middle of nowhere, wandering through inhospitable regions of the Middle East and Oceania, with my mind overflowing with thoughts. Here, I consolidated the belief that everyone can be a key player in their own history, and a collaborative journey can lead to extraordinary results. Soon after, a new challenge appeared: how to turn potential into performance potency while broadening satisfaction and the evolution of a human being at the same time? I realized studies, benchmarking, experiences, and, most of all, construction of participative methodologies were the best levers for me to lead teams and projects. Then, a new concern: how can I exponentially escalate these results? I sought opportunities and contacts, and the best one I found was Wisnet, where I find myself for the last 20 years. Here, I consolidated the belief that everyone can be a key player in their own history, and a collaborative journey can lead to extraordinary results. This is the fabric of passion - the center of gravity in my life: to continuously learn, from and with everyone, in all circumstances, in order to fulfill my purpose of leaving a legacy to the world, of another step towards the evolution of the human essence.
